Rules before creating more pages
1. Do not create a page just because a keyword exists
A new page should support a real EpicPlacess collection, a clear shopper question, or a major guide cluster.
2. Avoid near-duplicate topics
If two pages answer almost the same question, improve the stronger page instead of making another version.
3. Keep navigation clean
Use route maps and library pages for depth. Do not add every guide to the header or footer.
4. Improve before expanding
When traffic is low, strengthen priority pages, internal links, indexing, and external visibility before adding another large content batch.
5. Every page needs a shopping path
Guide pages should move shoppers toward relevant EpicPlacess collections, especially birthday dresses, dresses, maxi dresses, mini dresses, tops, jeans, swimwear, matching sets, and new arrivals.
6. Data should guide future work
Use pageviews, search impressions, clicks, index status, and backlink signals to decide which topics deserve more investment.
These rules work together with the SEO Measurement Checklist and Search Visibility Plan.
